FEATURE

  • This production line achieves fully automated operation for the entire FOL (Front of Line) assembly process, including chip board fastening, power board fastening, plasma treatment, active alignment (AA), and high-temperature curing.
  • The EOL (End of Line) testing section adopts a semi-automatic configuration with manual loading/unloading assistance after the curing process.
  • During mass production, the fully automated FOL line requires only one operator for maintenance, significantly reducing labor costs.
